JOINT Breakfast Meeting: Planning In Light of Minnesota's New Civil Marriage Law

The program will review Minnesota’s new civil marriage law, which became effective August 1, 2013. In addition, the program will overview the impact of the law on various other issues, including income tax planning, estate planning, estate tax planning, health insurance, retirement and pension, immigration, divorce, parentage, and adoption.
