Virtual Morning Meeting: Fostering Client Connection During Covid and Beyond
We pride ourselves on being high-touch, relationship-oriented, client-centric professionals with calendars traditionally booked with meetings, client lunches and networking events. We spent most of 2020 trying to find creative ways to connect and engage clients virtually, striving to authentically deepen relationships without becoming an annoyance offering another webinar in the world of zoom fatigue.
We learned a lot about when, why and how clients and prospects want to be communicated with (and how they do not). Jill Shipley will engage us in a facilitated discussion sharing best practices, recommendations, do’s and don’ts and lessons learned to help us foster client connection during Covid and beyond.
