How often have you watched “Antiques Roadshow” or “Flip or Flop” and guessed the value of a featured item or real property? It’s great fun to guess the value and experience the vicarious thrill when an attendee gets good news, or cringe when the value flops. But finding the appraised value of property often isn’t as easy as just looking up values. Highly skilled appraisers have spent years obtaining expertise and education and are regularly tested by appraisal organizations. Our presenters will expand your understanding of their roles and the standards they follow.
